Julio César is a film and TV director and producer. With more than 19 years of experience in the industry, he has participated in 20 feature films filmed in Colombia, as a director he has released two original productions for Netflix and as a producer he has worked alongside great directors building a cinematographic idea in the quest to achieve a absolutely own style.

He is currently in the post-production of his debut feature UNO, a feature film starring Marcela Mar and Juan Pablo Urrego and with the participation of great actors such as Rachel Blanchard, James Gilbert, Nelson Camayo, among others.

He has been a director of commercials, short films and documentaries with various nominations and nine awards at national festivals.

His company Imaginer Films received an EMMY Awards in the Outstanding FeatureStory in Spanish category, for the production of the episode “Santa Cruz del Islote” of the ESPN Originals television series Greenland.
