Kristen Fraser is a marketing executive and cultural strategist with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of music, sports, and entertainment. She began her career at Cornerstone/FADER, then moved into brand and artist strategy roles at Nike Sportswear and Island Def Jam, connecting artists with global brands.
At Beats by Dre, Kristen spent five years leading music marketing, driving campaigns like Straight Outta… and Solo Selfie, and producing major events like the Hot Boys reunion at NBA All-Star Weekend. She later founded her own agency, PVTL, specializing in artist partnerships and experiential marketing for clients like Spotify, Netflix, DJ Khaled, and Anderson .Paak.
As VP of Marketing at Warner Records, Kristen led breakthrough artist campaigns and cultural moments across the label’s roster. She now leads Influencer and Community Impact Strategy at TMRW Sports, the innovative sports venture from Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, where she oversees influencer marketing, entertainment partnerships, and audience expansion for TGL.
