Veronica Villafañe is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and founder, editor, and publisher of Media Moves, a popular and influential website covering Latinos in the media, Hispanic media, and the issues that affect the industry. She is also a Forbes contributor, recognized for her expertise in Hispanic media and entertainment. A former president of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ), she has bridged Spanish- and English-language newsrooms throughout her career, working in broadcast, print, and online media at the local, national, and international level, including Voice of America, Univision, Telemundo, CNN en Español, Fox 11 L.A., and the San Jose Mercury News. Veronica is an advocate for Latino representation and diversity in media, ensuring the community’s stories are part of the broader cultural conversation.
