Terms & Conditions – Imagina Más Creator Program
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Imagina Más Creator Program (the “Program”), a collaborative initiative between NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival (“NVISION”) and Audible, Inc. (“Audible”). By accessing this site, submitting content, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Audible’s Conditions of Use and any applicable promotional rules.
1. Eligibility
The Imagina Más Creator Program is open to creators working in film, audio, or digital formats. By submitting content, participants confirm that they are the original creators of the work submitted and have the legal right to grant the usage rights outlined in these Terms and the program’s Content Release.
2. Submission Guidelines
Participants may submit original works that reflect Audible’s brand essence: “There’s more to imagine when you listen.”
Each submission must:
- Be the participant’s original creation;
- Not infringe upon any third-party rights;
- Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Selection and Awards
Three selected creators will:
- Receive a $5,000 award;
- Have their work showcased at the NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival;
- Be featured in Audible’s Hispanic Heritage Month campaign.
Selection will be made at the sole discretion of the Program panel and is not subject to appeal.
4. Content License & Ownership
By submitting content, you:
Retain ownership of your original work;
- Grant Audible a royalty-free, fully paid up, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for promotional, editorial, social media, advertising, and campaign-related purposes;
- Agree that Audible will own all final compiled campaign materials, including edited videos and reels;
- Authorize the use of your name and likeness in connection with the Program and its promotional activities.
You may share the final published content (including compilations containing your work) for non-commercial purposes, such as your professional portfolio, provided that you:
- Do not alter the content;
- Credit Audible appropriately;
- Do not imply endorsement or continued affiliation.
5. Disqualification and Removal
NVISION and Audible reserve the right to disqualify any participant or remove content at any time for:
- Violations of these Terms;
- Infringement claims;
- Offensive, misleading, or harmful material;
- Any reason deemed appropriate at their sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to release and hold harmless NVISION, Audible, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising from your participation in the Program or the use of your content, including but not limited to any third-party claims of infringement, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes must be brought before the federal courts located in New York, New York.
8. Program Changes and Termination
NVISION and Audible reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, these Terms, or any part thereof at any time, without prior notice. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Privacy Policy – Imagina Más Creator Program
The Imagina Más Creator Program is administered by NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival in collaboration with Audible, Inc. (“Audible”), an Amazon company.
By submitting content or personal information through this site, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your submission materials and contact information may be shared with Audible solely for purposes related to the Program.
- Your data will be handled in accordance with NVISION’s data practices, as well as Amazon’s Privacy Notice.
